  I visit this church every couple of months to hear Pastor Max Benfer preach, whom I believe is a gifted preacher and more importantly communicated well the Gospel of Jesus Christ. However, the church website is a little misleading and inarticulate on what the church believes( they use the Westminster Confession of Faith but the language on the website makes it hard to tell.
  
  For instance, the Gospel entails more than just Jesus healing broken lives. Ephesians 2 teaches that people are dead in sin apart from God and are objects of wrath but God saves people out of His love, through faith( which is itself a gift of God and not by our own hand, lest we should boast). Furthermore, that this faith is in( Acts 4:12 states that there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved) Christ alone, by His blood spilled on a Roman cross covering our sins and His perfect life given to us, which makes us right before God( Romans 4:1-8). Finally, He has given those who believe in Christ, The Holy Spirit as a mark and a deposit of eternal inheritance( Ephesians. 1:13-14).
